Role of the platform

quickz Freight is a platform on which shippers publish transport requests and transport companies submit quotes. quickz GmbH is neither a carrier nor a freight forwarder and does not become a party to the transport contracts. These are concluded exclusively between shipper and transport company. Permits, licences and insurance for road haulage are the responsibility of the transport companies.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG).
